Finally it's over! I've been working on Kauan and Legend of the Waters for the last 6 months or so. It's a short film/ pilot produced by Magma Cultural to screen on schools and to try and sell the production of a feature film.

So I decided to pull a Jeff Gabor (although I'm miles away from being skilled as him) and make a comparison of the steps I go through on the animation process. First video reference, then blocking, then polishing.
